DTF production is entering a new phase where efficiency is defined not only by speed but by reducing workflow interruptions such as roll changes, film waste, static and moisture. On modern high‑volume systems, a 100m roll can be used in just a few hours, forcing multiple daily changeovers that halt production and create unavoidable waste.
Resolute has tackled this by bringing DTF film production in‑house, manufacturing rolls up to 1.2m wide in virtually any length. This allows high‑output customers to specify film that matches their equipment and workflow. During beta trials, a 63cmx200m roll proved especially popular, enabling two 30x40cm transfers to be printed side‑by‑side, reducing waste while maintaining an efficient print area. |
